products manufactured at BHEL undergo a series of in-process
tests and checks. The assembled unit is finally subjected
to Mechanical run test or performance tests .Products tested
in BHEL include

Testing
is carried out to ensure the completeness of assembly, performance
at no-load or load depending on contractual conditions and
code requirements.
|
|
|
The
test are carried out to international standards like API 612,
API 617, PTC 10, API 614, etc.
|
|
| Tests
are of two categories international standards. |
|
(1)
Routine Tests ; (2) Type Tests.
