We render technical advisory services, undertake turnkey installation and
startup, overhaul, planned and unplanned maintenance, trouble shooting
and on site training.

RESIDUAL LIFE ASSESSMENT STUDIES
|
|
|
These studies are done on machines, which are nearing
completion of their designed life.
By determining the present degree of damage in the components, the rate
of damage accumulation under given operating conditions, remnant life is
computed based on diagnostic test results and stress analysis findings.
|
|
|
|
|
|
These studies are carried out in three levels :-
|
|
|
Level 1 assessment is history-based approach. In this,
assessments are performed using plant records/history, design stresses
and temperatures, and minimum values of material properties from the
literature.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Level 2 involves actual measurements of dimensions
and operating parameters, simplified stress calculations, and inspections
on different components coupled with the use of the minimum material
properties from the literature.
|
|
|
|
|
|
Level 3 involves more extensive and rigorous
inputs such as in-depth inspection, refined and detailed stress analysis,
monitoring of plant operating parameters, and generating of actual
material data from samples removed from the components.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
REFURBISHMENT , MODERNISATION AND UPRATES

|
Life and capacity of older machines are enhanced
by retrofits using components with state of art materials and advanced
technology in order to achieve :
