Pulverises Test facility is established with 110 KW, 415 Volts , 985 mm drive motor along with control panel for starting and stopping motor.The control panel consists of power meter, ammeter,
volt meter , frequency meter.

1) No load mechanical run test of Bowl Mill assembly    type XRP    603, 803 and 1003 as per plant standard    No.
   BA 72001 REV 06
- Measurment of bearing temperature and sump oil   temperature.
- Measurment of vertical shaft out and speed
- Measurment of power consumption and noise level.

2) Testing of external lube oil system for bowl mills.
- Checking of oil flow and pressures
- Setting of relief valve pressure
- Checking of wiring diagrams
- Checking of oil float switch function
- Measurment of noise level, discharge pressure,
   difference pressure across filter, oil temperature
   and oil flow.

3) Testing main lube oil system for tube mills.

- Setting of main relief valve pressure
- Checking and setting of pressure and flows for all pumps   LP    Pumps and HP pumps 2 boarded pump and 4 bodied   pumps    including standby pumps
- Measurement of oil flow
