PERFORMANCE AND RELIABILITY RUNS |

|
|
Performance
tests are run at 100% of rated turbine speed corrected to
ISO conditions. Parameters Like compressor Air flow, Compressor
Efficiency, Compressor Pressure ratio, Fuel Rate and Turbine
Exhaust Temperatures are recorded. Numerous other temperatures
and pressures are also monitored and recorded from there performence
of Gas Turbines is evaluated the compares with acceptable
values.

RELIABILITY |
|
|
The
reliability checks will vary from machine to machine and consists
of checking and / or testing that experienced problems during
the previous test phases. This is done to assure that the
checks involved were adequate and the defect is cleared.
